1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Named.Site ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Payment Escrow Process

How Our Secure Escrow System Works:

Named.Site acts as a trusted intermediary to protect both buyers and sellers during domain transactions. When a buyer purchases a domain through PayPal:

Step 1 - Payment Received: The full purchase price is paid by the buyer and received into our secure PayPal account
Step 2 - Escrow Hold Period: We hold these funds in escrow for up to 48 hours while the seller transfers the domain to the buyer
Step 3 - Transfer Verification: The seller must initiate and complete the domain transfer to the buyer during this period
Step 4 - Fund Release: Once we confirm the domain transfer is complete and successful, we release 97.5% of the sale price to the seller via PayPal
Platform Fee: We retain 2.5% as our service fee for facilitating the secure transaction

3. Commission and Fees

The Platform charges a 2.5% commission on all successful sales. This commission is automatically deducted from the sale price before funds are transferred to the Seller.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must have legal ownership or authorization to sell listed domains
Sellers must provide accurate information about domains
Sellers must verify domain ownership through our verification system
Sellers must maintain active ownership until sale completion

5. Domain Verification

Sellers must verify domain ownership by placing a verification file on their domain. Verified domains are eligible for instant PayPal purchases.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

List domains that infringe on trademarks or copyrights
Post false or misleading information
Engage in any form of fraud or manipulation
List domains subject to legal disputes

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
